If you're unable to book an appointment online for any reason—such as disability, language barriers, lack of internet access, or digital confidence—we’re here to help.

Our phone lines are open Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 6:30pm.

Our team will be happy to:

  • Help you book an appointment

  • Guide you through available times

  • Answer any questions you may have

 


📧 Request Help via Proxy Access

If you're unable to call or visit us, you may authorise someone you trust to manage your appointments on your behalf (called proxy access).

Please contact reception to:

  • Set up a trusted person to book for you

  • Request support with using online services

We are happy to support patients with:

  • Hearing or speech difficulties (we can use text relay services)

  • Mobility issues

  • Sight impairments

  • Learning disabilities

  • Language or translation needs
