We now offer the facility to book appointments and order repeat prescriptions online. Please note you will need to obtain a pin number before you can use this service.

Urgent Appointments

Please do not ask for an urgent appointment unless it is really necessary.
If for any reason you are unable to attend please cancel your appointment so that it can be made available to others.

How Do I... Obtain A Home Visit?

If you are too ill to attend the surgery, please telephone the surgery as early in the day as you can, before 10.30am if possible. The receptionist will ask you to provide some details about the nature of your call and the doctor may contact you for an assessment before visiting.

How Do I.... Register With The Practice?

You may register as a patient by calling at our reception where you will be asked for proof of identity and residency. You will also need to complete a new patient questionnaire. You will also be offered the opportunity to receive a health check with one of our practice nurses or healthcare assistants.
